Where are your servers located?
All of our infrastructure is in South Africa, which is why local sites load faster on it than on hosting based overseas.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are shown including 15% VAT by default. You can switch the pricing tables to show excluding VAT.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can change plan from the client area at any time. Storage can grow but cannot shrink.
What operating systems can I run?
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and Debian 12.
